Postdoctoral Fellow • University of Pennsylvania

I am a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Pennsylvania working with Dr. Angela Duckworth and Dr. Lyle Ungar. I study how time use and emerging technology influence our happiness and feelings of social connection. I'm particularly interested in understanding when turning to AI for companionship makes us feel more or less lonely.

I received my PhD in Social and Personality Psychology from the University of British Columbia while working under the supervision of Dr. Liz Dunn and Dr. Steve Heine.
